As a first-year journalism adviser, the newspapers2 summer workshop/conference really prepared me to hit the ground running as I assumed control of our school’s digital online publication El Cid. While I really appreciated the the handouts and curriculum help, I benefitted even more from the contacts and network I established at the workshop with advisers from Fresno to Los Angeles. Thanks so much Mrs. Krislock.Chris Grazier, Journalism Adviser/Head Coach Women’s Golf

I have to say that being in a room and learning along with the students was extremely helpful. I was able to see things from the student and teacher perspectives. This was extremely helpful when I returned to my campus and had to revive a struggling program without any prior knowledge or experience. The experience was invaluable and I was able to be successful this past year due to the contacts that I made with Konnie, along with listening to students and presenters discussing the topics. Thank you so much for everything you did for me Konnie.Janette Snyder, Newspaper Adviser

You MUST know that we would never be where we are now without your deft, invaluable guidance. I donʼt know what I would do without your fabulous newspapers2 camp.Brianna Rapp, English Teacher & Journalism Adviser
